We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an F+B Assistant for Bar & Breakfast. With enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility, you will ensure the smooth operation of the breakfast service as well as the bar.
Breakfast:
- Responsible for the overall execution of the breakfast service
- Ensuring an appealing buffet and a welcoming atmosphere
- Assisting with preparation, setup, and post-service tasks
- Managing orders and deliveries for the breakfast area
- Attending to guests and providing an excellent service experience
- Supporting organizational tasks in the office
- Implementing hygiene and quality standards
Bar:
- Responsible for the bar handover and overall bar operations
- Managing orders, stock control, and inventory checks
- Preparing and serving drinks, cocktails, and snacks in the lounge
- Professional preparation of cocktails and mixed drinks
- Ensuring a smooth service flow and excellent guest experience
