FLOW Week Vol. 4 at SCHLOSS Zermatt, 5. - 12. of September, is centred around the theme Make strength training your ally and is created in collaboration with Balboa.

It is now well established that strength training should be an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. However, knowledge does not necessarily lead to action. Balboa provides insights and tools to help you make strength training your fun and effective ally. Balboa coaches are experts in group fitness and are coming to Zermatt for the first time with their expertise in movement and health.

A FLOW Week for those who want to train with purpose, build lasting strength and experience fitness as a motivating, social experience.

 

ABOUT Balboa

Balboa is a Zurich based training collective founded by Timo Klein, Erich Züger and Paco Savio. Built around structured strength training, functional movement and community, Balboa combines motivating group workouts with a focus on long term health, resilience and sustainable routines.

  • Strength Class (Gym): Structured weight training focused on strength, technique and progression.
  • Outdoor Bootcamp: High energy group training outdoors combining strength, cardio and conditioning.

  • Bootcamp Trail Run: Running and functional exercises on natural terrain to build endurance and resilience.

  • Basic Endurance: Cardio focused session to improve stamina.

  • Vita Parcours: Strength and conditioning workout using outdoor stations and bodyweight exercises.
